2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee

The 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee comes in 12 trim levels: Laredo E, North Edition, Upland, Altitude, Limited, Trailhawk, Limited X, Overland, High Altitude, Summit, SRT, and Trackhawk. Though they all look similar at a glance, there are some subtle exterior differences. BI-Xenon HD headlamps come standard with the Limited X, Overland, High Altitude, Summit, SRT, and Trackhawk trim levels. A power liftgate is also available on all trim levels except for the Laredo E.

The Jeep Grand Cherokee comes in a variety of engine options, including the standard 3.6-liter V-6 engine that comes with all trim levels except the SRT and Trackhawk. There's also a 5.7-liter V-8 engine that you can get with the Limited, Trailhawk, Overland, and Summit editions. The 6.4-liter V-8 engine comes with the SRT edition and generates 475 horsepower. The top-tier Trackhawk model gets you a 6.2-liter V-8 engine that produces 707 horsepower. If you don't want to upgrade to a V-8 engine, a V-6 engine offers enough power with minimal cabin vibration.

The Jeep Grand Cherokee comes with an eight-speed automatic transmission. Most trims also come with rear-wheel drive, but you can opt for four-wheel drive if that's your preference. If you opt for four-wheel drive, you have a choice between four systems: Quadra-Trac I, Quadra-Trac II, Quadra-Drive II, and Quadra-Trac Active On Demand. In terms of towing capability, the V-6 engine lets you tow up to 6,200 pounds, whereas the V-8 engine gives you a maximum towing capability of 7,200 pounds.

The 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee's interior boasts several features for added entertainment and comfort. All trims have air conditioning with dual-zone temperature control. Heated front seats and a heated steering wheel also come standard on some trim levels, such as the Upland and Limited editions.
