If you want more power, choose either the Limited or Trailhawk trim to get a 1.3-liter turbocharged four-cylinder. This unit produces 210 pound-feet of torque and 177 horsepower. Front-wheel drive is standard, while all-wheel drive is optional on all models but the Trailhawk. This off-road-ready trim is only available with Jeep’s four-wheel-drive system that includes low-range settings and hill descent control.
High-End Safety
When equipped with optional safety equipment, the 2020 Renegade is an IIHS Top Safety Pick. This optional equipment includes LED projector headlights and forward collision warning. However, those aren’t the only features available to keep you safe. The available Safety and Security package adds blind-spot monitoring and a vehicle alarm, while the Advanced Technology package bundles automatic high beams, automatic braking, lane departure warning, automatic high beams, an automated parking system, and adaptive cruise control.
